Portion Guide
We often get people asking us what size cake they should order/bake for their parties. This is a rough guide we have used for years to let you know which size cake to bake for the number of people attending.
All values are based on a 1.5” x 1/5” portion for fruit cake and 2” x 1” for Madeira cakes.
