Whiter, brighter buttercream…
Many people ask us how to create dazzling white buttercream for a sharp finish on their cakes. Here at Twins, we follow this recipe for professional results:
Ingredients
40g Icing Sugar
40g Pouring Fondant
40g Lurpak Light (firm)
Instructions
1. Mix together Lurpak and Icing Sugar.
2. Chop Pouring Fondant into small squares and add to the mixture.
3. Beat well with a mixer or electric whisk to make a whiter, firmer buttercream.
